We have done another minor update that includes a few additional bug fixes and tweaks based on the ongoing Beta usage. I would like to thank all of the members that are using Organize Us with their family or group. We constantly talk with our members and are trying to find out what is and what is not working. For those of you not using it yet you should
sign up and try the beta.
One of the features that some people seem to love to hate are the activity emails. When a member first signs up, we will send them daily activity emails when there is activity or when there are events that are coming up in the next week. Most members love this since we all live in email and sometimes need to be reminded of what is happening outside our stuffed inbox. There are however members that feel that this is too much information, or perhaps too often. Most of these users want the emails when there is activity, but don't just want to get them because they have upcoming events, or vice versa, or want to get them weekly, or every other day, etc. So one of the main changes that we have added is better tuning of when and why our members get activity emails. These settings have been made more prominent on the user's profile page and information about how to control these settings is included on the
help website and in the activity emails themselves.
